Ingredients

  • 4 tablespoon chia seeds
  • ¾ cup milk
  • 2 small avocados diced
  • 3 tablespoon condensed milk or sweetened to taste
  • 2 scoops collagen powder optional
  • ¼ cup Greek yogurt nonfat

Instructions

  • In a bowl, mix together chia seeds, milk, Greek yogurt, condensed milk, and collagen powder. Whisk until well combined.
  • Let chia seeds sit for a few minutes before adding in 1 of the diced avocados. Give it a light mash and whisk to combine.
  • Add in the remaining diced avocado and give it a gentle stir with the spoon, being careful not to mash the diced avocado further. Let sit in the fridge for 30 minutes or until the chia seeds have absorbed all of the milk and have expanded.

Notes

Use whatever milk you have on hand! Plant-based milk like almond milk, oat milk, or even coconut milk works great here. Regular milk would also do the trick!
